ABOUT US

Udon Lab’s udon is a slow food. Our Japanese chef perfected our traditional udon through countless hours. From dough kneading, fine cutting and noodle processing, we have lovingly and painstakingly brought our finely crafted udon all the way from Sanuki, Japan (a country well-known for its traditional style udon). We emphasize on 100% homemade style and its delicately balanced flavors with firm, chewy texture are achieved through an overnight dough maturation and by processing our noodles as soon as we receive each order.
